Shipping

Silver Seal offers same day shipping for ground orders placed by 4:00 P.M. EST and for air shipment orders placed by 6:00 P.M. EST.

Standard:

Orders are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, however, we will utilize any other method per your request.

Express:

We can ship most items by air to arrive in 1, 2, or 3 days. Cost is based on weight, dimensions and delivery method.

Lost Shipment:

In the event your order is lost in shipment, customer service at (800) 521-2936. We will work with the shipper to provide tracking service.

Damaged Shipment:

Please inspect all packages immediately for damaged or missing items before signing for merchandise. Any package received in a damaged condition should be refused or noted at the time of delivery to the driver. Please call customer service at (800) 521-2936. and we will assist with any claim procedure. Keep damaged items and all packaging until further advised.

Lost Items:

In the event items are missing from your shipment, please contact customer service at (800) 521-2936.

PLEASE NOTE: Silver Seal is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days from the invoice date, for an exchange or full refund credited to your account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange if an item has been damaged by improper use, or if it has been modified to change the original function of the item.

Credit cannot be issued for the following returned items: Lubricants, Coolants, Oils, Cleaning Solutions, Paint and Paint Markers.

How to Return an Item:

Contact customer service at 1-800-521-2939 or info@silver-seal.comto obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). After obtaining your RA#, package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please keep your shipping receipt, as it may be necessary to track the package if lost in transit.

Freight Terms:

Orders shipped within the USA with invoices totaling $1000 NET or more will be allowed full freight. Air shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

NOTE – F.O.B. Items:

Cleaners, detergents (25 lbs. or more), Tumbling Media, Glass Bead, Steel Shot, Crankshaft Polisher, Quick Bore System, Quick Bore Cabinets, Mag Coil, Magnetic Powder (25 lbs. or more). Liquid Coolants, Lubricants, Torque Plates and Crank Wheels do not qualify for freight allowance.
